Dewberry is currently seeking a Plan Processing/ Permit Coordinator/ for our Lanham, MD office. This individual will be responsible for plan and permit submittals to various agencies in Prince George’s County.

    Understand Prince George’s County and Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission plan submission and permitting process.Prepare permit applications/packages and process permits at Prince George’s County Department of Permit, Inspections & Enforcement (DPIE), Prince George’s Soil Conservation District (PGSCD), the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC), and the Maryland State Highway Administration (MSHA).Track plan and permit comments/submissions at the various agencies.Comply with our corporate standards to present a consistent appearance and style for all external communications, including project descriptions, qualification packages, presentation graphics, proposals, resumes, leaflets, etc.Plan research/requests at County agencies.
    1-3 years of experience preparing state, local and other miscellaneous package and permit submittals.Possesses prior experience preparing Architectural/Engineering submittal packages with Prince George’s County.MS Word and PowerPoint experience required. Must physically work in our Lanham, MD office.Proficient writing skills required.Time management skills required.Good interpersonal skills required.Prior web research experience required.
