Job Summary/Company: 
Sparks Group has a need for an attentive and organized administrative assistant in the Dulles Corridor area. If you have strong administrative skills to include travel arrangements and calendar management and are looking to work in an office setting, then apply today! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support
  • Arranges travel for team
  • Compiles and files expense reports
  • Updates Expense Tracking for completed travel
  • Verifies accuracy of and approves expense reports
  • Create and edit Powerpoint presentations
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Receiving and filing quarterly reports
  • Receiving, logging and validating invoices
  • Ordering supplies
  • Coordinate team events to include conference room set up and catering as requested


Qualifications/Background profile: 

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Experience working with inter-departmental and inter-company colleagues
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Strong time management skills
