Employment Risk Manager, Senior

As Employment Risk Management Lead:

-You will drive the identification, assessment, and resolution of existing and potential employment related risks

-You will be accountable for on-going review, modification and creation of people related policies

-You will provide human capital thought leadership and subject matter expertise in business crises scenarios related to government contracting, capacity management, natural disasters, business continuity, and mergers/acquisitions

-You will leverage multiple systems to perform data analytics to assess trends and propose risk mitigation strategies in tandem with other People Services stakeholders & Market/Regional business leaders

-You will develop risk dashboards and leverage analytics to detect concerning employee behavior patterns and trends and partner with Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics Office, and other relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies, education and preventative tactics  

-You will act as a liaison to other enterprise functions, including Computer Incident Response Team, Security Services, Law Department, Ethics, Business Assurance Office, and Information Systems and contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches to high priority enterprise risks

-You will develop and implement employment-related policies, risk mitigation plans, changes in processes and systems, training/education and team building in alignment with our culture, corporate policies and practices

-You will remain knowledgeable of industry trends, conduct benchmarking, and provide insights to People Services and infrastructure colleagues

Our ideal candidate can demonstrate:

Capability - possession of in-depth understanding of employment risk management policies and procedures

Analytical Acumen - Develop meaningful data analytics and trend analysis to identify and proactively address and mitigate potential and existing risks

Strategy Development - Ability to develop and document a plan of approach to address critical business challenges, leveraging critical thinking and decision-making expertise

Communications - excellent oral and written communication and conflict resolution skills. The leader will create effective PowerPoint discussion decks and be able to articulate key messages & influence outcomes

To be eligible you must have:

-10+ years of applicable experience in an employment risk or compliance role including development/delivery of related training/education
-Experience with developing and implementing risk strategy, plans, policies, procedures and employment policies and protocols
-Experience with advising leadership on the interpretation and implementation of risk practices
-Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis of employment-related activity
-Experience with developing, delivering, sourcing and overall coordination of risk management training
-BA or BS Degree

-Experience with case management/customer relationship management systems preferred
-MBA or relevant Masters Degree preferred
