Job Description: Provides Employee Relations support to Leaders and Employees including administering/interpreting policies, researching and/or investigating team member concerns and making recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations. Recommends effective solutions for addressing workplace concerns in accordance with and ensuring consistent interpretation of policies, procedures and applicable laws. Maintains appropriate documentation and records for Employee Relations cases in HR Help Desk. Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
