Health Care Recruiter
Serving as a resource to managers advising them on human resources policies and procedures, employment regulations and the Joint Commission human resources requirements. Participating in the development of recruitment strategies and process improvements to support the recruitment function.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
B.S. in Human Resources, or related field. Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred. One to three years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a health care environment. Knowledge in all recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, advertising, qualifying and selecting candidates, negotiating and closing employment offers, networking and relationship management.Trinity Health's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
