CCNE Administrative Assistant
The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing seeks an Administrative Assistant.
Primary responsibilities include logging in documents to the database, updating database records, preparing letters and mailings, filing, and fielding phone and email inquiries from program constituents and the public. Provides administrative support to the CCNE leadership team; processes travel and reimbursement requests; assists with meeting preparation; and works on special projects as assigned.
Candidate must be detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred, 2 years of administrative experience in association, educational, or non-profit preferred, and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
