Landscape Design Assistant

A premiere Northern Virginia landscape Design/Build firm seeks an Landscape Design Assistant to serve in a supporting role for the firm’s Landscape Architects.  The ideal candidate will be local to the DMV and have 2-5 years of experience in the Residential Landscape Design service market, have a strong working knowledge of local horticulture, and landscape construction proposal experience.  Must be able to multitask and have excellent organizational abilities. Primary duties for the design assistant will be to help the Firm’s designers draw landscape plans and prepare proposals.  Hand drawing skills or Sketch Up program skills are a plus but not required.  Will also attend client meetings to take notes and help to schedule meetings with clients.  If you are interested in this position, please forward your resume, 3 current character references, and 3 samples of landscape plan work all bundled together in a single PDF file (<5MB)
