Top McLean Real Estate Team is seeking a full-time Listing Coordinator to assist with the home listing process as properties are added to the real estate market. Superb communication as well as planning and time management skills are a MUST. Successful candidate needs to be computer and internet/marketing savvy and have the ability to learn new things quickly. Candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills; be able to independently work with time-sensitive deadlines; have outstanding problem-solving abilities and have the skills to plan meticulously but be flexible to "work on the fly" as is needed in the fast-paced world of real estate. Applicant must have strong writing, reading and editing abilities. Successful candidate needs to have a car. Licensed candidate is preferred, but we will be willing to train the right individual. Salary is commensurate with experience.
