Knowledge of:

C# .Net, JAVA  Unix, Windows, and SQL programming

    Managed delivery of multiple complex software systems development simultaneously.Delegate coding tasks to individual programmers.Monitor progress and work quality.Ensure deadlines were met.Prioritize work tasks.. Develop project schedules. Estimate LOE – level of effort.Hold weekly team meetings to identify issues and assign work.Build strong project teams and engaged in ongoing communication with customers to ensure quality applications were delivered.
    Work on a range of projects to include implementing new and existing systems and providing software solutions.Assign tasks to developers for parts of code and monitored progress to ensure deadlines met.Develop and manage allocated department processes.Identify and define needed strategies and processes during collaborative meetings with executives and team leaders.Make key decisions for process implementation.Provide line management and development of a team of software programmers.Contributed to technical solutions from design to code development.
Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related discipline.

 2. Masters Degree preferred.

Qualifications 10-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AREA OF EXPERTISE.

 

 

 

Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) experience desired
