The MIL Corporation seeks a Program Manager to support a Federal Government client at our Washington, DC 20005 location. The Program Manager will plan various routine and emergent projects.

• Plan and organize various routine and emergent projects into repetitive steps
• Organize the overall contracting team while clearly identifying roles and duties of
• team members
• Lead the team(s) through completion of requested deliverables, and control daily activities by constantly measuring, evaluating and correcting daily, routine and emerging activities
• Provide constant status reports on all deliverables requested by Federal Government senior leadership
• Ensure proper and constant coordination is established
• Support personnel on all items related to Customer responsibilities and/or oversight
• Ensure all Contractor work performed is accurate and complete

Required Qualifications
• 15 years of overall related experience
• 8 to 10 years of Financial Management and Activity Based Costing experience
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead position
• PMP certification
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data
• Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations and directives
• Ability to work effectively with a group or independently
• Possess advanced organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage several projects at one time
• Experience and expertise in analyzing and identifying improvements needed to ad hoc and standard budget and financial management processes
• Very good knowledge of FFMS, Discoverer, Purchase Request Information System (PRISM), Fed Traveler, or similar systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Desired Qualifications
• Completed DHS Suitability investigation
• 20 years of overall related experience
