Facilities Assistant - Temp-to-Hire
The Ford Agency is looking for a Facilities Assistant for a temp-to-hire role with a consulting firm in Metro Center. Our client is looking for someone with a good work ethic, flexibility, and great attitude to help them with their day-to-day office needs, from distributing mail, doing light cleaning, and other projects that will keep the office clean and functioning. This is a terrific role for someone looking to gain an entry-level support experience in a professional services office setting!
- Re-stocking and managing copy rooms and snack rooms
- Ordering office supplies
- Making sure that office machines are working properly
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Previous office experience
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
