Job Summary/Company:
Are you looking for a customer service opportunity that will start right away? Utilize your outstanding customer service skills? Offer a small, friendly atmosphere? Look no further! A Sparks Group partner in Chantilly is seeking a CSR for a long-term contract position and we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Process new requests/orders
  • Schedule estimates/jobs

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • Background in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Phone customer service preferred (vs. F2F)
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, pest control, or similar type of work (residential services) is preferred
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to work shifts that do not correspond to business day hours (potential to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Position requires a criminal background check
