Have an exceptional understanding of marketing strategies, tactics and best practices (fundraising experience and/or an understanding of major gifts and planned gifts marketing is a plus).A' . Be a hard-working self-starter with exceptional organizational skills able to manage multiple projects.A' . Have excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.A' . Be able to develop and write marketing strategies and proposals.A' . Be able to analyze results of marketing and fundraising efforts to develop new proposals (and be able to present the proposals in order to retain business and generate new business).A' . Have the ability to handle shifting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A' . Have the ability to communicate professionally with client contacts and third party vendors.A' . Have the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment to produce quality work and meet strict deadlines.A' . Have a solid working knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).A' . Understand in-bound and outbound marketing channels including content strategies, email, brochure and marketing collateral development, and personalized direct marketing (printing and mailing).A' . Be highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability. Have a solid understanding of website design and development including strategy, information architecture, landing pages, retargeting, SEO, and SEM/PPC (retargeting)A' . Be familiar with marketing automation, lead scoring, tracking tools (like Hubspot or Marketo) and CRM (such as Sugar or Salesforce).A' . Ability to work with html, css would be a "plus".A' .
