Job DescriptionMissionOne is a leading provider of full service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Area Manager to service the South Central Region of Pennsylvania. Reporting to the District Manager, the successful candidate serves as a support representative, assisting in oversight of daily operations, activities, and staff in assigned region to ensure the delivery of quality services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:At a minimum, the Area Manager for MissionOne will:Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business plan for each client with MissionOneA cents € (TM) management in all matters relating to contract and account operations to maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationshipLiaison between school district administration and MissionOneA cents € (TM) management to ensure contractual obligations are met with a focus on exceptional client service to ensure account retentionWork with the regional Recruiter to develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients (job fairs and special hiring events). Participate in community events to build a MissionOneA cents € (TM) presence and partnership within the community.Conduct new hire orientations for candidatesConduct regular site visits to support staff with all aspects of the MissionOne evaluation and development system.Support the MissionOne observation and feedback cycle by:conducting observations and evaluations of staff across the districtengage with staff around specific, actionable feedback on the lessons that were observed or rateddirect staff to professional development resources that can help them improve their practice in the areas that they are in need of improvement or supportshare results with building leadership as needed for additional professional development planning for MissionOne staffMeet with school leaders regularly for feedback on staff performanceReview timesheets/time records completed by direct reports for accuracy and submit to finance in accordance with established timeframesProvide weekly or monthly performance reports and plan to district colleaguesManage all employee related issues and incidentsArrange for substitutes when MissionOne staff are not able to provide services (eg are absent)Assist in the development of presentations for school board of education, implementation meetings, etc.Attend School Board Meeting as neededAn ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the following and/or have experiences with:Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and teamwork skillsManaging data integrity in online systems, and manipulating large, complex data sets into clear and easily understandable reportsFlexible, optimistic approach; ability to work independently and overcome challenges; comfortable with change and ambiguityStrong problem-solving and project management skills including strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to balance the big picture with detailed steps to reach the end goal, and the ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlinesAbility to develop and cultivate relationships and networks in order to achieve resultsAbility to communicate with various audiences verbally and in writing in an engaging, inspiring wayMINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredSpecial needs and/or pediatric nursing experience in a school or hospital settingProgressive growth in responsibility and experienceProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic Web browsers and searchesDemonstrated ability to build a strong client relationship alongRegional travel requiredMissionOne has grown into the premier provider of Comprehensive Educational K-12 Management Programs to public school districts.
