Position Summary The Direct Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive and strategic direct marketing plans for specific Envision programs to achieve business growth objectives by achieving revenuecost goals and providing an exceptional experiential learning experience for thousands of young scholars from around the world Reporting to the Senior Director Direct Marketing the position utilizes Envisions campaign management tools creative collaboration and marketing strategy within a team of peers to achieve defined marketing revenue and budget targets for assigned programs The ideal candidate will be passionate energetic analytical both a planner and a do er and always strives for excellence Success in this position will require leadership creativity and coordination skills with a desire to execute marketing programs that drive revenue Position Responsibilities Develop and execute direct marketing strategy for assigned program offers including defining segmentation costrevenue analysis and product enhancement Budgeting responsibilities include determining initial direct marketing strategy updating budget projections forecasting results and meeting or exceeding revenue targetsMeet application and enrollment goals for assigned programs utilizing campaign management software for data selection and segmentationPresent results and analysis for each program to SeniorExecutive ManagementReview copy for direct mail email and website to ensure coordinated messaging across channelsResearch and analyze marketing data and resultsParticipate in brainstorming program offerings and segmentation test strategiesPosition Qualifications Please list the requirements if any for the following areas in order to be fully competent in the position BA BS in Marketing or related field Required SkillsExperience coordinating marketing campaigns from start to finishDirect Marketing Channel exposure preferredUnderstanding of campaign management software and reporting toolsGood analytical capacity with comfort presenting and communicating findings to a variety of stakeholders including the executive teamGoal oriented self motivated creative flexible and adaptable to new situationsDemonstrated strong ability to balance day to day execution and implementation for multiple projectsDatabase and relationship marketing business acumen and budgeting experience knowledge requiredMinimum number of 3 years experience and in MarketingSalesULTIMATEIND123
