As senior managers, they work directly with our executive committee to inspire and unite our agency, and to deliver breakthrough creative to our clients.ResponsibilitiesLeads teams of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, UXers, Developers, and other Creatives to develop consistently outstanding work, while meeting budgets and timelinesCollaborates with strategic partners across the agency, and provides strategic leadership to the Creative teamApproves creative concepts and presents them to internal team members as well as clientsSupervises Creative team assignments and works with the Director, Creative Services to ensure maximum resource utilization and productivityDevelops and broadens skills of Creative team members through ongoing mentoring and developmentParticipates in the interviewing, hiring, training and evaluation of Creative staffFosters and promotes a collaborative working environment across Creative disciplines and across the agencySupervises freelancers and outside vendors assigned to projectsActively participates in our Management Council and agency-wide training programsWorks with Business Development and agency leaders to develop new business projects and pitch to potential clientsEnforces agency-wide policies, procedures and processes across the teamReviews and contributes to project schedules and Creative work plansPartners with all agency departments to build a communicative and collaborative teamQualificationsPortfolio full of brilliant ideas, skillfully executed and demonstrating expertise across a variety of media A cents € " especially digitalBachelorA cents € (TM) s degree plus eight or more yearsA cents € (TM) experience as a creative in an agency environmentFive or more years of supervisory experienceCompetency in industry-standard software programsUnderstanding of both art and copy, and the ability to evaluate bothDiverse account and industry experienceAbility to evaluate work in all media, including print, outdoor, broadcast, social and interactive, in order to develop fully integrated marketing campaignsExcellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindsetInitiative to go above and beyond the call of duty and act as an agency leader across departments
