OverviewSupports and guides day-to-day Account Management operations while working with team leader(s) and strategic partners to support client businessResponsibilitiesStrategyDemonstrates a core understanding of relationship marketing tools and techniquesParticipates in and contributes to overall planning processEnsures agency deliverables meet clientA cents € (TM) s strategy and are cohesive with client goals and objectivesCrafts programs and product marketing strategiesReviews program results, research findings, segmentation data, competitive activity, etc., withAccount Management staff and other strategic partners across departments (eg, MarketingIntelligence, Strategy & Insights, Interactive Strategy, etc.) to identify marketing opportunities-Utilizes analytic financial principles to refine program strategy (eg, root cause analysis, yield/loss, allowable spend, etc.) as appropriate Client RelationsActs as primary client contact on day-to-day program development and executionEnsures client needs and deliverables are met on time and on budget in relation to all programsProactively solicits client feedback regarding agency performance and whether agency is meeting expectations. Alerts account leader(s) of client feedback results Works with account leader(s) on sell-in for new project ideas to client and utilizes additional agency and network resources Project ManagementPlans and prioritizes account team work plan and delegates responsibilitiesAssists with day-to-day account problem solving-Reviews initial and revised job-level budgets and reviews appropriate job-level tracking reportsCollaborates with account leader(s) to prepare annual client fee budget and to ensure budgets and forecasts are updated as needed-Collaborates with other strategic partners across departments (eg, Marketing Intelligence, Strategy & Insights, Interactive Strategy, etc.) to develop forecast and inventory managementStaff Development/Team BuildingAssists team leader(s) and strategic partners with the interviewing, hiring, training and evaluation of Account personnelAssists in new business development and presentations as requestedQualificationsBachelorA cents € (TM) s degree in marketing or related field plus six years' experience in an advertising/direct marketing agency1+ years' supervisory experienceFinancial/Pharma industry experience a plus with demonstrated integrated campaign experienceDigital/interactive campaign experience requiredAbility to lead & work across internal departments, independently & within a team matrix environment, to create & solve clients' marketing problemsAbility to offer proactive solutions and ensure successful progression without guidance when necessaryComprehensive understanding of relationship marketing techniques and how they are utilized to deliver client objectivesExcellent communication skills, including but not limited to: writing long and short formats, presenting projects and listening to clients and working associatesAbility to prioritize, organize and multi-task effectivelyAbility to exhibit client service approach with results-driven performanceWunderman is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
