Job DescriptionLaundry Equipment Services, Inc. is the areaA cents € (TM) s distributor of laundry equipment parts since 1991. Our current opening is for a parts manager whose role will be growing and maintaining the parts inventory, assisting all customers via email, phone or in person, and working with our service and sales department to provide parts as needed. Accountability to achieve, and surpass when possible, the sales goals for this department, and for seeking and soliciting sales.Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need to make purchases as needed, and cross sell to meet goals.Resolve customer complaints relative to parts service with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.Develop and maintain accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes proper procedures to achieve managementA cents € (TM) s goals for percent inventory turnover.Follow an annual parts department budget to provide realistic, attainable and measurable parts profit goals compatible with overall dealership financial and operational objectives. Create excel charts to show and chart your progress towards the goals.Monitor sales on a daily basis to assure achievement of budgeted sales and profit goals.Promote and merchandise parts and accessories using all appropriate advertising methods.Accurately price parts and accessories to be competitive and keep the computer system up to date.Work with marketing to build an email list of customers who want to be notified of specials and changes.Conduct an annual inventory of all parts and related inventories.
