Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.
- Assist employees from multiple departments with booking travel on Concur.
- Answer questions and help employees from multiple departments with their expense reports on Concur.
- Maintain the Excel staffing list. Keep track of new employees, position and/or location changes, employees who are leaving, etc.
- Complete Security Processing Request (SPR) forms for ARMA Security Specialist when there are any changes in personnel (new employees, transfers, VARs, terminations)
- Keep the Distribution List on Outlook up to date
- Complete and distribute Project Work Authorization (PWA) forms to employees
- Monitor timecards to make sure employees are completing their timecards correctly and in a timely manner
- Assist supervisors and employees with timecard and charge code questions
- Submit a Personnel Action Notice (PAN) when there are supervisor changes or other related changes
- Use Data2Logistics to allocate FedEx charges to the correct department.
- Assist the Data Center Portfolio Manager with various tasks
- Participate in other various projects as needed
