Job DescriptionOVERVIEWAs a member of the Business & Operations Team, the Assistant Director of Operations will coordinate a range of day-to-day operational and business functions, ensuring the school operates highly efficiently in support of Ingenuity Prep's academic mission. The Assistant Director of Operations will be responsible for a wide-range of functions on the team. The position will report to both the Director of Operations and the Director of Data and Compliance and will manage a School Operations Associate.An ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant, school-based professional experience. Previous experience in school operations is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a teacher is highly valued. He/she should demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills, possess strong organizational and planning skills, and be highly proficient in the use of GoogleDocs and Microsoft Office - particularly Excel. Experience with Wordpress, Illustrator, and/or student information systems (Powerschool, etc.) is highly valued but not required.
