We are currently looking for a Channel Manager to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. The Channel Manager will work closely with Regional and Country teams to drive the regional business development, strategic account planning, and overall sales of complex solutions for Skype for Business (SfB) solutions under the Managed Cloud Services for Microsoft ("MCSfM") family for both new target accounts and existing client accounts. In this position, the Channel Manager will, jointly with their regional counterparts, perform the lead role in the sales process as a subject matter expert. They will drive the identification and qualification of SfB sales opportunities, serve as the main client contact and trusted advisor, and act as a liaison between the account management team and the pre-sales and delivery organizations to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. The Channel Manager is responsible for driving the development and delivery of Proposals, Sales Presentations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Professional Services and Managed Services quotes and ultimately increasing overall SfB revenue in the assigned regions. What we expect you to do Attain and maintain expert knowledge of all solutions in the areas of expertise A cents € " Primary focus being Skype for Business including all components of Enterprise Voice. Develop and execute regional business plans for Practice with the respective Regional EUC Director, Regional Sales Manager and Area Vice President. Drive complex opportunities from inception to client approval and sign-off including continuous qualification, value alignment, identifying key client personnel (influential and authoritative), and developing and delivering client presentations. Engage the client at a detailed level to gain an in-depth understanding of the business issues and objectives driving the clientA cents € (TM) s project. This will include some technical level of scoping new SFB solutions. Work with pre-sales Solution Architects to deliver Professional Services and Managed Services proposals, quotes and the associated Statement of Works (SOWs) tailored to the specific needs of the client. What you'll be doingIn this position you will be required to: 1. Be responsible for assisting with the alignment to the sales strategy ensuring local and global strategic objectives are met.2. Be responsible for meeting the assigned targets for profitable sales volume and the strategic objectives within the assigned partner account.3. Take responsibility for influencing, managing and enrolling the regions and any other selected channel partners through the programme with clear objectives and results, ensuring the right opportunities and skills to be successful.4. Maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners and vendors.5. Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.6.
