Job Description We are looking for an Auto Sales Manager in the Washington DC. area and surrounding cities to join our dynamic team! This company Specializes in the field of auto lending, developing long-term relationships with franchise and independent dealers and generating quality receivables. National headquarters are in Irvine, CA with 115 employees doing business in 16 states. This is in a small group of non-prime lenders that have survived the recessions of the past 30 years. Our stability is due to strong leadership that works towards stable, consistent growth and dedication to treating our customers and employees with courtesy, respect and professionalism. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join one the best non-prime lenders in the industry in the market. The ideal candidate is an industry leader, seeking a positive work environment with unlimited income potential. Essential Functions: · Manage dealer relationships · Initiate and build relationships with auto dealership personnel · Produce credit applications from dealers to the credit center · Achieve volume goals · Dealer education · Managing dealership/business office relationships · Collect on any fiduciary obligations of the dealer, eg. buybacks · Handle title problems · Maintains employee time and attendance records. · Cold calling dealerships · Going out into the field to dealerships to sell company insurance services · Work from home- cold calling, but out in the field the majority of the time · Excellent training is provided Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: · 3 plus years sales experience in automotive industry, not car sales only, but progression from car sales in the Automotive industry.
