Value Dry's award-winning team, including everyone from the appointment setters, the basement and crawl space inspectors to certified installers, is fully committed to providing affordable and effective basement and crawl space solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. We are conveniently located between the Baltimore and Washington, DC beltways. Our service area range covers Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, and southern Delaware. With over 20 years of experience, Value Dry prides itself on outstanding service through high standards of workmanship and reliable technicians, completing most installations in one day. Role Description: The responsibilities for this position include assisting assigned and prospected customers by assessing their basement/crawlspace/foundation issues. The representative will increase profitability by selling services to mediate those issues on the spot . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to problem solve and assist customers. Candidates will be customer service oriented and possess strong product knowledge to walk customers through the entire buying process. In addition, candidates must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to produce accurate estimates and timely paperwork. Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 annually (100% commission-based) Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Outside Sales Representative position will meet the following requirements: · Must have prior success meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. · Must excel at selling to homeowners in a one-call close environment. · Must possess excellent consultative selling skills. · Must be a highly motivated self-starter, with strong orientation toward individual and company goals. Must be coachable and open to honest feedback. · High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. · Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to run appointments. · Must have 2+ years of experience in sales. Two-week training salary and lucrative commissions make this position suited for top performers.
