The Operations Manager's primary focus at this stage of the company would be to handle clients from contract to closing while refining our systems and processes to create the Ultimate Client Experience and preparing for expansion to multiple offices. This position is also responsible for making sure the following tasks are completed through delegation or ones own efforts. *Develop and maintain scaleable systems and processes for expansion *Weekly staff meetings and one on ones *Measure, maintain, and analyze marketing campaign data *Coordinating team and client events *Assigning and completing tasks within the lead to closing process *Refining Policy and Procedure Manual *Manage real estate transactions *Hiring and Staff Performance management as needed *Create Ultimate Client Experience *Measure, maintain, and analyze Client Satisfaction *Manage daily, weekly, monthly activities and projects *Run meetings *Handle customer service and escalations *Review and Approve contracts *Basic HR functions *Quarterly/Yearly planning with Founder and CEO *Manage Budget *Measure, track, and analyze progress to goals *Manage marketing campaigns for completeness and consistency *Keep team on track for projects and follow through *Maintain office and systems to perform at maximum capacity **REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED To apply, please send your resume and complete the assessment using the same name on your resume at https://hiring.wonderlic.com/openings/586fe19f732574010019c784/apply Company Description Local Expert Realty is a top producing real estate team in the metro DC area run by Broker and Founder, Kristy Moore.
