Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields Treat each customer as if he or she was the most important person on the planet Relay information in a concise and clear manner Capability to prioritize and multitask Exhibit positive and professional demeanor when relating to clients and colleagues in person and or on the telephone Excellent written and verbal communications skills Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel Successfully pass background check and drug screen test High school diploma Responsibilities: Follow up on leads from customer inquiries (online or through customer service) Network within the community to gain referral business Demonstrated leadership abilities, motivation, competitive drive and outgoing personality Always see problems through until they are fully resolved Process and or concern resolution may often include off-site visits Make customers feel valued and welcomed Learn about a company's product or services quickly Clearly articulate company's services and or products Ability to troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update client records daily, based on interactions Commits to working with peer and management to achieve the performance measurement goals of productivity and accuracy Reports to chief operating officer or designee Completes other duties and projects as assigned Company Description Universal Mobile Healthcare Systems "Your One-Stop Online Pharmacy" Location: Westminster, MD 21157 We're a healthcare management company offering solutions for your healthcare needs, including prescriptions, medical supplies and equipment, central health records storage, and transportationto and from medical appointments.
