Job Description TAI has an immediate opening for a Metrology Technician in Frederick, MD. TAI has served Industry's need for quality Instrumentation & Controls Services for over 10 years. Detailed Job Description: TAI Metrology Technicians must professional experience providing Bio-Pharma clients with Installation, Calibration, Loop Commissioning, Start-Up, Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair of complex instrumentation systems. Maintain good working condition of calibration standards. Complete calibration and service work in accordance with in-house procedures or site procedures. Provide technical support for calibration processes and procedures. Create calibration procedures. Completes ICRS and Calibration Certificates, approves Certificates. Performs Calibration of Instruments approved for: Autoclaves, Incubators, Freezers, Refrigerators, BMS/BAS Systems, Bioreactors, AHU's, CIP/SIP Systems, RODI Systems, WFI Systems, Utility Systems, Fermenters. Qualifications: Have 3+ years of experience working within the field Technicians must have worked in (Bio-Pharma) manufacturing environments and understand the critical aspects of keeping a manufacturing plant operating safely, precisely and efficiently. Experience with measuring Analytical, Pressure, Volumetric Flow, Mass Flow, Ultrasonic Flow, Level, Temperature, Local Controllers, LEL TAI Metrology Technicians are qualified by the Certified Control System Technician (CCST) designation through The Instrumentation, Systems and Automation Society (ISA). Our full complement of ISA Level I, II, and III Field Service Technicians provide a complete Instrumentation & Controls solution while utilizing our company NIST traceable standards and procedures in accordance with TAI's ISO 9001:2008 Registered Quality Assurance Program.
