Job Description Manage performance, revenue stream evaluation, pricing strategy to implementation, incremental revenue opportunities, quota setting, sales analysis, reporting and metrics. This team facilitates information dissemination across business lines, departments, and management levels. In addition, the team provides data on progress, risks and opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership. Responsibilities: Develop budgets and ensure alignment to allocations Review pricing strategy to implementation Monitor revenue streams, address concerns and provide recommendations for managers to modify approaches Gather and analyze data to build an operational forecast and provide recommendations to drive incremental revenue growth; comfortable working with raw data Strong financial acumen Collaborate with business managers to gather potential incremental revenue opportunities with managers and other key players as required (invoiced revenue projections, pricing strategy, budget requirements) Liaison with Business Partners to ensure alignment and approval of plans Manage complex sales commission plans and calculate monthly commission payments Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, related field, or equivalent experience required Minimum 5 - 8 years relevant experience In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting practices, as well as demonstrated success working with business software, spreadsheet applications, and exposure to major ERP applications Experience in sales forecasting techniques, ability to analyze data and translate it into understandable information, as well as ability to model and recommend strategies for impacting successful outcomes for the business Strong communication and presentation skills Be able to think beyond area or control/domain to do what is right for the broader Sage organization Advanced Excel skills Experience with SalesForce.com a plus
