Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Talent Management you will be helping to create and champion organizational development, performance management, and drive talent strategies throughout the business. As a partner to the company, you will help business leaders achieve a results driven culture through programs such as learning and development, onboarding, employee engagement, management training, employee relations, performance reviews, and more.Your role goes beyond executing modern, innovative people programs; you are key to building an amazing company. Success in this job isn't about the tactics. It's about owning and driving the people strategy for the company. As a Talent Partner at Frontpoint, you are a trusted advisor and true partner to the business. You advise on talent best practices, organizational design, and change management and seen as a critical member of the business team.Responsibilities:Contributes to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processesPartners with and coaches management to maximize overall operational effectivenessAble to identify and address gaps in skill sets in order to achieve company objectives and strategiesConsults with management in developing the workforce strategy to forecast and plan for the business strategyFacilitates people initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the business unit's strategic prioritiesProvides expert support by demonstrating understanding of business trends and needsDrives performance, development, and career planning to build the right talent structure Promotes employee feedback to influence the continuous improvement of people services and processesProvides expert advice and coaching to employees on all employee relations mattersAssists in leading employee engagement program and helps departments build plans to support business initiatives that foster employee commitment and performanceCollaborates with the Talent team to drive performance and efficiency through collaborationReviews, analyzes and benchmarks data to improve the business and employee experienceIdentifies and leads the business through change management and is able to provide lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvementDrive success in key areas including; onboarding, organizational design & development, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relationsQualifications:Proven experience collecting and analyzing data while telling a compelling storyThrive in a fast paced, dynamic high growth environmentExperience providing strong employee relations, with the focus on reducing issues in the businessSpecialized knowledge in at least 2 areas such as organizational design, talent development employee engagement, and/or workforce planningRelationship builder focused on employee experience and customer service within a high-touch HR teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative, consultative and innovative approach to business challengesCreative problem-solver who is always focused on positivity and growthAbility to Influence through strong, trust-based relationshipsAdvocates for and leads changeGains credibility and builds trust quickly5-8 years of HR experience in high growth organizationsBachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited university About the Company:Headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, Frontpoint is a high growth consumer technology company with an award winning corporate culture.
