Main Purpose of Job: SUPPORT CCSD ADMINISTRATION - Supports ad-hoc reporting as well as other administrative activities in the CCSD organization (eg sales presentations, communications, SDB writing, CAP development support, etc.) Category Strategy: Product / brand category objectives - Provide support to CSDM in developing 4P tactics for channel / customer to include Brand Objectives, Growth Drivers, Category Roadmap Strategies, Activation Tactics, New Item Plan by channel / customer from Brand plan, Shopper Marketing insights and tactics into the CAP. Customer Strategy: Forecast accuracy, sales performance targets, meeting sales goals, segmentation / resource allocation, improving customer service - Supports CSDM in providing category and segment insight to selected customers - Supports CSDM in providing feedback to field sales on segment business development opportunities - Supports CSDM in monitoring and communicating the results of initiatives to field sales and customers.Key Experiences: A minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales required; * Meet or exceed KPI Goals * Completion of Sales 101 and 102 * Completion of Value added project demonstrating: * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Analytical Skills * Presentation Skills * Time Management Skills * Doesn't hesitate to act and takes the initiative to execute with minimal supervision (All: Results Focused) * Challenges current processes, generating innovative suggestions that improve performance even beyond own role (All: Initiative) * Takes immediate action to resolve issues or potential issues, ensuring stakeholders are properly communicated to about the potential impact (All: Initiative) * Influences without authority (All: Proactive Cooperation) * Proactively identifies opportunities beyond what is expected in own role (All: Results Focused) * Puts in persistent and if necessary, extra effort to accomplish goals and maintain a high level of productivity (All: Results Focused) Knowledge: Nestle Corporate / Functional / Market / Business / Organizational 1.) Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technical and Globe & IS/IT) 2.) Demonstrated knowledge of business driving technology solutions (ie Nielsen, BW, Source) and internal/external industry insights and trends 3.) Knowledge of core Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Training, HR Policies, Integrated Commercial Planning, Nestle Management and Leadership Principles)
