For more information about Fannie Mae, visit JOB INFORMATION A management role overseeing Cloud software development, stakeholder management and technology innovation for IT Service Management, primarily on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include leading strategy, architecture, design, development, stakeholder management, project planning and execution, staff management and production support as needed. KEY JOB FUNCTIONSManage a team Technical Engineers to ensure business and technical requirements are met in the design, implementation and execution of the IT infrastructure environment. Lead the team to design, develop, deploy, maintain and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Manage a team of Technical Engineers to perform ITSM Reporting. Manage a team of Technical Engineers to also support the ServiceNow platform and system for enterprise use as well as lead operational support of the ServiceNow enterprise system. Manage staff through Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies for projects delivery- ensure staff is adopting Jira and Leankit toolset. Review and manage budgets. Partners with business domains to provide inputs to business cases to establish business, financial and technology plans. Partner with and influence stakeholders to promote simplification, standardization and innovation and to ensure risk are understood and minimized. Manage engineering projects to keep infrastructure current (both available and developing technology), to phase out higher risk equipment, to ensure reliable data disaster recovery and contingency solutions, and to improve data reliability and performance. Develop architecture strategies to ensure that current products can continue to evolve into the next generation storage, to ensure cost-effective data protection solutions, and to ensure scalable solutions for enterprise-wide deployment. Ensure that change management projects manage risk to applications and technologies. Design project to minimize disruption and help maintain consistency in critical environments. Work with support teams to manage approvals for changes impacting production. Confer with project manager(s) or provide project management regarding applications and technologies and ensure that project related risks are mitigated. Ensure project is designed to minimize disruption and help maintain consistency in critical environments. Establish strategic direction for operating system platforms including technology reviews, analysis and selection in order to ensure company has adequate infrastructure to provide suitable operating environment(s) for various applications.EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering required; Master's in Computer Science or Engineering preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE10 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: People Management 10 years of proven experience leading teams to deliver complex software/infrastructure projects. 6 years of People Management experience: employee performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, hiring, calibrations, etc. Experience managing a team of senior technical engineers and analysts.Technology and Application Management 8 years of experience with application development (SDLC) and technologies such as: JavaScript, Java, HTML, AJAX, CSS, Oracle, SQL, ETL, BI Tools 5 years of proven experience leading teams to deliver complex COTS products Integration projects Excellent knowledge and expertise with Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML) and HTTP Requests Experience building customer-facing portals using a Content Management System (CMS)Technical Project ManagementStrong Technical Project Management experience. ITIL/CMDB Familiarity (ITIL v3 certification preferred) Experience managing vendors, contracts, SOWs, external professional services, etc. ServiceNow technology familiarity (preferred) Should be able to work well in a high pressure, demanding and competitive environment Well-versed experience within Agile methodology including: Scrum, Kanban, Lean (Scrum Master Certification preferred)Stakeholder Management Excellent communication, presentation and strong engagement/stakeholder interaction abilities.
