We're looking for an experienced Director of Finance to oversee all areas of finance including budgeting, cash management, forecasting, and being a strategic business partner to the entire company. That's where you come in. As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for the oversight of our collaborative partnership between the finance department and the company's senior executive team; as well as, the coordination of the company's overall financial planning, analysis, and reporting responsibilities. This person will play an important role in the continued growth and development of our finance team, and will be a vital part of helping us grow to 1 million customers by 2021. "Accepting", "Friendly", "Smart", & "Authentic" are traits that characterize the co-workers you'll be surrounded by - all of whom share the commitment to winning and doing their part to move the business forward - while having some fun along the way!Responsibilities:YOU WILL:Coordinate and oversee the various collaborative partnerships between the finance team members and their respective senior leadership team partnersWork closely with executives/department leadership to build monthly, quarterly, annual budget and forecast/reviewsOversee the preparation of monthly analysis of the company's financial results with respect to Statement of Operations, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet, highlighting the key drivers for variances vs. the Budget, prior Forecast and prior months Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needsOversee performance of financial modeling with the ability to manage the building & maintaining of complex financial models Develop and coordinate relationships with lending/financial institutionsEnsure maintenance of all necessary financial policies and financial planning & reporting systems, Provide Partner pricing review support to the Business Development Team and Executive Management.Lead the collaboration with peers in Accounting and Finance to perform ad-hoc analysis and to explain variances versus Budget, prior Forecast and prior monthsDrive the evolution of the finance organization consistently looking for ways to improve the accuracy and automation of the current forecasting processOversee preparation, and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsLead, motivate, and develop a team to reach all set Company and Professional goalsQualifications:YOU ARE:A Seasoned FP&A Leader: We are seeking someone with the ability to drive strategy, and manage the execution for the finance function from budget forecasting to bank lending (and everything in between).Results Driven: This individual will need to have demonstrated success in delivering results, overcoming obstacles, and driving change in a high velocity, high growth business.A Business Partner: You will need to have working experience partnering with business units all over the company.
