The ideal candidate will work under the direction of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support Technology and Delivery lines of business. You understand the challenges of hiring talent in the Washington, DC, and Atlanta markets. You are actively involved in attending industry events and know how to market AKQA as a world-class destination. You will exceed set KPIs as well as contribute to AKQA core values Innovation, Service, Quality and Thought, through client and candidate engagement, strengthening AKQA culture.Located on the Georgetown Waterfront in Washington, DC, as part of AKQA you will have access to world-renowned thought leadership from influential authors, athletes, artists and entrepreneurs.ROLE REQUIREMENTSWork across Project Management/Technology lines of business to source and pre-qualify candidates for open requisitions.Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements, develop sourcing strategies with measurable metrics and results.Schedule all phone screens, in-person interviews, and feedback sessions with hiring managers and interview teams.Document all recruiting related activity in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).Guide candidates through the entire interview life-cycle through to offer management.Proactively source and build a pipeline of discipline specific candidates Project Management/TechnologyBuild and manage a trusted partnership with leadership teams and other key stakeholders.Generate any ad hoc reports, internal communication and be actively involved with related training and development programs.Manage and participate in AKQA internship programs, including college career and industry related events.QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICSExperience in an agency and/or corporate environment.Understanding of the digital ecosystem and the marketing industry.Able to quickly gain credibility with your audience.Thorough understand the Technology/Project Management space and how to engage passive candidates in these fields.Must be able to develop a strong pipeline of candidates through creative sourcing strategies.Proficiency in recruiting software (ATS preferably Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean (AIRS a plus).Must be a proactive, intuitive, and results-oriented capable of multi-tasking.Proven experience working in a fast paced environment with high levels of ambiguity.Must see the challenge and a rewarding aspect of the position.
