The sales rep will be responsible for driving net new sales in the Big Data Analytics sales group. The rep will be located at DLT supporting the existing and new product lines/vendors. The rep will report directly to the IPM new license manager and will need the ability to work horizontally as well as vertically across DLT. This will be important to make a positive impression within that group with all the change and the addition of new vendorsWork within the existing customer base to find new opportunities to bring to Informatica and generate additional revenue for the teamMust be able to produce outbound proactive call blitzes and meet 50 calls per day average with a purpose for the calls.Other related duties as assigned Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred) and 1 year of successful inside sales experience is preferred. Prior experience within the technology and/or government marketplace is desired, but not required for the right candidate.Ability to self motivate and be part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid problem solving and decision making skills.Excellent organizational and presentation skills.Strong analytical and strategic skills.Ability to operate computer and related equipment and general office equipment.Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, and Outlook, at proficient levels.Strong customer service skills.
