Job Description - Corporate Account Manager (Inside Sales)Fusion, one of the country's most respected Cloud Services companies, is seeking customer oriented applicants to add to its cutting edge Cloud Services Sales Team. The team is responsible for selling Fusion Cloud based services including Cloud Communication (SIP, Hosted and Unified Communications), Cloud Connectivity (DIA, MPLS and Integrated Access) and Cloud Computing (Storage, Security and Computing) to existing and potential Fusion business customers.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Selling the company's products and servicesWork with existing base of customer to grow and retain the baseQuickly learn and work in multiple customer billing, tracking and CRM systemsAchieving and exceeding monthly sales/renewal quotas as set by managementAdhering to sales guidelines as communicatedDocumenting all initial and ongoing customer contacts as requiredQuickly learning about and adapting to new products and servicesUpholding the highest levels of integrity and customer serviceCarrying out other responsibilities as assignedKEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of sales experience in an inside or outside capacityAbility to work independently and think strategically regarding customer account retention and developmentExperience in a quota-based sales environmentExperience with a technical service offering preferred, ideally with telecommunications technology backgroundAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
