Facilities Master Scheduler

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for the development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any necessary supporting schedules. Create or modify project schedules, branch and division-level schedules and any supporting schedules, as requested by client management and create and present executive-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risks, opportunities, and statuses. Produce comprehensive schedules in various formats and detail to suit different users or audiences. Interface the schedule with the project budget, as required, analyze the validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project, and monitor actual progress, compare to baseline, and report project against schedule. Forecast impacts proposed changes on the schedule, attend management, project team, and customer meetings, as requested, archive actual schedule achievements for estimating future similar projects, and track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency and exploitation based on schedule risk and opportunity assessment, project health, and critical path analysis as required. Maintain the integrated master schedule and any necessary supporting schedules and maintain responsibility for seeking information on a periodic basis to maintain it.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with project management and designing, analyzing, and implementing integrated project and master schedules
-Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced client service environment
-Experience with leading or facilitating meetings or conducting one-on-one interviews to support data gathering efforts
-Experience with Microsoft Project and other standard Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree and 2 years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with operating in an ambiguous environment, including having flexibility necessary to easily adapt to changing circumstances
-Experience with customer service orientation
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
