Counterintelligence Officer

Key Role:

Serve as a counterintelligence (CI) specialist and provide subject matter expertise to IC members fulfilling their CI responsibilities. Apply knowledge and mastery of CI concepts, principles, and practices to plan and conduct a full range of CI support to operations, investigations, analysis, and CI services. Employ a thorough knowledge of CI functional areas and state-of-the-art technologies, analytical tools, and communications processes to act independently to support CI activities. Develop analytical processes and methods to support counterespionage investigations and CI analysis and production. Exercise comprehensive knowledge of appropriate directives, regulations, policies, and procedures necessary to independently perform and supervise technical and administrative CI functions. Liaise with senior members and staff of the supported agency and leadership and staff throughout the CI and law enforcement communities.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience as a credentialed special agent

-Experience with intelligence analysis, including counterintelligence, counterterrorism, all source, and law enforcement missions

-Experience with offensive CI operations or CI investigations

-Experience with intelligence community roles, responsibilities, organizations, and capabilities

-Knowledge of the organizations and functions of the DoD CI and HUMINT community

-Knowledge of the structure, policies, and directives of national intelligence agencies and organizations

-Ability to interact with military and civilian senior representatives of national intelligence agencies

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with all source analytics

-Experience with Palantir, Analyst Notebook, or similar network analysis methods

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
