Customer Service Position – Responds to written and telephonic inquiries from health plan members, doctors, and hospitals regarding member eligibility, medical and pharmacy plan benefits, and claims status. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required. Prior call center experience as a customer service representative in a health plan setting is required.
