Campaign Strategy/Operations Manager, Global Marketing The Campaign Strategy/Operations Manager will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operations of marketing technologies and automation systems. This individual will need to understand and develop highly effective email nurture tracks to provide incremental value and push leads and prospects towards sale in a way that feels human and still convert. This role must understand the right types of content to send to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of our content-driven emails.The ideal candidate must possess a passion for using technology to meet the needs of the business and improve processes in a fast paced working environment. Work with the marketing organization to understand business needs and translate those to strategic marketing automation initiatives leveraging EloquaProvide strategy and recommendations for segmenting lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)Measure and optimize campaign, content, and targetingExecute demand generation and customer retention marketing campaignsProvide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of programs on marketing system platformsConfigure and manage data cleansing and enrichment programs on marketing databaseKeep the lead flow highway efficiently moving between the MA and CRM platformsBe a strong advocate for Sales/Marketing alignment and use a professional, collaborative approach to develop improved Sales/Marketing alignment and CRM use.Assist in providing "closed loop" (ie, - ROI) reporting - tying Marketing's efforts to Sales revenueSkills:Experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and drip campaignsCan test and analyze workflow, content, lead scoring and tactics for improvementExtensive knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems and CRM solutionsSolid technical understanding and application of digital marketing channels to engage and propel end customers along their buyer journeySharp technical troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with development teams to debug issuesBasic knowledge of HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver & Photoshop, Excel and SalesforceStrong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with creative marketing professionals, product managers, and senior business leaders, including the ability to stay calm under pressure. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing / business, or related work experience4+ years of marketing automation experienceExpert Marketing Automation skills in EloquaWeb development knowledge (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS) a plusLocation Location (flexible): Ideally, position would be based in Rockville, MD. or Nasdaq's corporate headquarters in New York, NY.
