Full-spectrum Senior Trainer responsible for collective training for Mission Training Complex (MTC) to include the development of scenarios, script writing, and exercise direction for MTC driven collective events. This position will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of military Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods and procedures to include Simulations and Stimulations and other Mission Command Training enablers. Duties and Responsibilities 40% Responsible for collective training for MTC to include the development of scenarios, script writing, and exercise direction for MTC driven collective events. This position will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of military Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC - G) training methods and procedures to include Simulations and Stimulations, and other Mission Command Training enablers. This position will act as an advisor, mentor, and SME for Brigade and Below Units during planning through execution to include After Action Review (AAR) of a MTC driven collective event. This position will recommend LVC-G training strategies, methodologies, and techniques to meet training requirements. 30% This position will be responsible for the design of scenario based exercises to support Unit Commander's training objectives. This position will develop theater specific scripting of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), or simulation control injects that are integrated with and support training, field training exercises, and constructive staff training in a Live-Virtual-Constructive environment. This position will conduct in-depth research on theater specific operations, lessons learned and newly developed tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) used in the development of MSEL, or simulation control injects that accurately replicate the operational environment that the training is designed to support. This position will determine the appropriate inject method and point of entry into the exercises. 30% This position will provide assistance during Mission Command Training Capability Program (MCTCP) driven events. This position will be able to provide basic courses on Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) and how to employ these systems most effectively. This position is responsible for developing Operation Orders to assist Collective Events. This position will ensures Unit Leaderships is aware of the capabilities of the MTC in regards to operations, training, technical support, simulations, and distributed methodologies. During and leading up to collective events this position will synchronize the capabilities of MTC training assets. Travel and night/weekend work may be required to support the training of Units. This position is responsible for administratively and operationally leading a team of skilled trainers. Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel. Education Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience. Qualifications 8-10 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs. Requires 20 years military experience. Successfully completed Military Education Level 4 (MEL4) schooling such as Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Senior Warrant Officer /Field Grade Officer through Brigadier General) with extensive experience/expertise in military training management and Combat Training Center (CTC) or combat experience. Held successful duty positions at Battalion, Brigade, and/or Division as the Commander, S3, other Key Staff Member within the Unit. Strong understanding of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP). Highly desirable to have working knowledge and background in the AMCS and digital tactical operations center (TOC). Experience teaching, coaching, training, and mentoring Soldiers. Experience with Simulations, Stimulations, and/or Gaming technologies.
