The ideal candidate will have successful Account Management, Business Development and/or government IT solutions and services sales experience to the Federal sector. The position will require the Capture Manager to: Identify and capture incremental contract opportunities in support of company growth objectives.Hold responsibility for cross functional leadership of all aspects of capture management for the strategic opportunities identified and agreed upon by PCMG Management teamIdentify and capture additional growth within Strategic Customers.Collaborate with Sales Management to create targeted plan of tactical sales and strategic marketing activities needed to increase account performance within identified growth potential accounts.Specific activities include:Customer relationship development/expansionMessaging, communications and activities for optimizing win probabilityTechnical solution identificationPartnership/teaming relationshipsWin theme creationBids & proposals contributionIdentification and development of partnerships/programs to add PCMG value for account(s)Implementation of pilots/proof of concepts in customer environmentIncrease PCMG visibility in targeted customers with face-to-face activities/briefings/web meeting and facilitate technical sessions and trainings that add valueUnsolicited proposals & BPA offeringsQualifications10+ years of experienceBachelor's DegreeStrong Federal Field Sales, Business Development and Program Capture Management experience in IT solutions and services environment.Value-Added Reseller experience a plus.Ability to lead matrixed resources in distributed geographies and time zonesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsGoal and deadline orientationWhy work for PCM?PCM-G is more than an IT provider: we are a trusted technology partner for thousands of businesses across the country specializing in cloud, data center, mobility, networking, security, and software solutions.PCM-G: The right technology, delivered!
