Summary of PositionWe are seeking a talented, self-motivated individual to expand our digital marketing footprint for Ekahau. You will collaborate with web engineering, design, operations and product to ensure we have a robust online presence and online store. You will be responsible for the daily execution and management of digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition via our marketing automation platform for Ekahau's industry leading wireless design portfolio across the US, Canada, and Latin America.This Web and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, growth and evaluation of the online presence for Ekahau's products and solutions through a variety of digital channels that include but are not limited to email marketing, SEO, paid search, social media, and content marketing campaigns.In this role, the Web and Digital Marketing Manager will have direct impact on business growth through the design and development of website functionality, online store optimization that maximizes prospect customer acquisition, customer engagement, site experience, and enhances brand value.The location for this position will be at our headquarters in Reston, VA. Essential Job Functions:Use data and testing to optimize and improve website, online store and digital marketing campaignsBuild and execute digital marketing acquisition campaignsPartner with teams across the company to understand website improvement opportunities; define priorities and set implementation planDevelop and execute SEO strategy, including defining key metrics, how to achieve SEO success, and the process for optimizationPerform quarterly analysis and reporting of website performance using Google AnalyticsManage website development projects, page maintenance/creation, site optimization, KPI tracking and analyticsUnderstand and implement best practices for website design/user experience and search engine optimizationUse data and testing to optimize and improve website, online store and digital marketing campaignsDrive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the region.Increase traffic to the corporate website, with the goal of growing our customer base.Qualifications, Requirements, & Skills:BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications or equivalent business experience.Strong knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation platform.Solid HTML development skills (for producing responsive email and landing pages)Minimum of 5 years in digital/creative marketing.Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite or similar design software.Self-motivator and energetic personality.Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.Knowledge of SEO best practices.Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Good knowledge of the Wi-Fi, networking, or software markets (eg Cisco and HP/Aruba) preferred.Salesforce.com experienceAbout EkahauEkahau provides tools for designing, deploying, and maintaining Wi-Fi networks.
