This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Medical Products and Tobacco (OMPT), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Management (OM), Division of Management Services (DMS), Immediate Office (IO) located in Silver Spring, MD.

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    GS-13: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.

    Specialized experiences are defined as familiar with and utilize multifaceted recruitment and outreach strategies; develops organizational outreach strategies that assist in obtaining a diverse candidate pool and addresses organizational recruitment needs; conducts recruitment and outreach efforts by representing organization at recruitment events such as career fairs, conferences, and college recruitment activities.


    Conditions of Employment: 

    1. Security and Background Requirements:  Appointment will be subject to the applicant's successful completion of a background security investigation.  Failure to successfully meet these requirements may be grounds for appropriate personnel action.  If hired, a background security reinvestigation or supplemental investigation may be required at a later time.  Applicants are also advised that all information concerning qualifications is subject to investigation.  False representation may be grounds for non-consideration, non-selection or appropriate disciplinary action. 
    2.
