The Ford Agency has an exciting temporary Executive Assistant role supporting the Government Relations Department of the world's largest and most distinguished associations.  The EA will serve as the right hand and gatekeeper to the General Counsel and will also support a small staff.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to keep his or her skills sharp while in between permanent positions!  Hourly rate is competitive and depends on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Arranging domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, car service)
  • Managing a busy outlook calendar
  • Meeting preparation - board meetings and annual meeting (putting together presentations or documents for his meetings) 
  • Event planning and preparation
  • Lots of last-minute projects, must have strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills
  • Will also support other senior executives in the group

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 5 years of EA experience, ideally in a legal setting; government relations or an association background is also helpful
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong project-management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
