Provide systems engineering/analyst services to the AV-8B Harrier program in the area of EOIR Litening Pod integration and associated software development.
Essential Job Functions
Support AV-8B aircraft integration activities.
Conduct requirements development, contribute to design reviews, develop and execute system evaluation test procedures for laboratory and flight integration events, characterize and document anomaly reports, troubleshoot and verify system and sub-system anomalies, perform system data analysis using MUX 1553 raw data and video data, log and document integration activities throughout the life cycle of each AV-8B Block Upgrade.
Support systems integration lab, ground and flight tests; monitor, review and comment on EOIR Litening Pod integration test planning documentation and test events.
Support airborne systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support integration efforts, respond to inquiries from the fleet operators, and support fleet introductions of new and modified systems.Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A clearance and working knowledge and experience in the handling and distribution of classified material are required for the position.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline plus 2 years' experience is required.
The incumbent will be required to utilize Serena and DOORS databases.
Experience and working knowledge of Litening Pod or other targeting EOIR systems is desired.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Ability to speak/write clearly and professionally.
