If so, read on!    Job Duties & Responsibilities   The Decision Sciences and Transformation (DSaT) team is seeking two driven Systems Analysts to work on the Single View of the Customer (SVOC) initiative. Associates in this position will be working on providing analysis from within the SVOC platform, looking at data across departments to answer business questions and identifying potential areas of opportunity when looking at the data from this new view. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams to complete analysis that has not been possible in the past.

Candidate Qualifications:    Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in documenting business process flows, sequence diagrams, system interaction charts, business and system requirements, processes, and test plans
  • Ability to perform profiling, analysis, and mapping of logical and physical attributes.
  • Understanding of ERD and database modeling (relational, no SQL, graph database etc.)
  • Experience with HQL, Hue, Spark SQL and GraphQL preferred
  • Experience with the Agile Scrum methodology preferred
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and techniques

  • Lead discovery processes with functional stakeholders to identify business requirements and expected outcome
  • Maintain the Product Backlog, User Stories & feature prioritization list
  • Elicit and translate high level business requirements into detailed system requirements
  • Evaluate metrics, provide insights and measure performance levels
