The Office Assistant will support the program management team of the CCO contract for GDIT. This individual will report to the Vice President of CCO. The work environment will be fast-paced and will require an individual who to juggle many different tasks while paying attention to details and ensuring deadlines are met. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepares and types correspondence, reports, presentation materials, and memoranda.
- 5-8 years years of related administrative experienceGovernment contracting experience is preferredAttention to detail is requiredAbility to prioritize work will be a key to successStrong written and verbal communication skills are requiredEffective administrative and organizational skills.Proficiency in the use of general office equipment, such as typewriter, fax machine, photocopier, and personal computer.Proficiency in the use of basic office-related software applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointRequires a comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and proceduresEffective communication skills
