Family Life Assistant
General Dynamics Health Solutions/ ARMA has an opening supporting the DOD POTFF Program: The Family Life Assistant shall provide a wide variety of management-related, administrative support functions in support of the Director of Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF Programs. This position serves as the administrative support specialist for the Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF Director. The contractor shall conduct studies of administrative procedures and work processes within the Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF to identify, analyze, plan, coordinate and evaluate the overall administrative support of Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF and provide effective recommendations for solutions to issues and problems. The contractor shall provide advice to military and civilian analyst concerning processes and procedures necessary to accomplish various Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF objectives. The contractor shall manage daily tasking utilizing service specific task management tools, assist with the formulation of internal/external Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF tasked packages, and tracks all tasks to completion. The contractor shall evaluate policies and directives from higher headquarters and advise on actions necessary to establish and maintain the administrative framework of the Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF. The contractor shall ensure necessary procedures are in place for effective processing administrative support actions. The contractor shall provide control, coordination, and continuity of Resiliency and Family Life/POTFF programs and operations by conducting necessary interface with higher headquarters and working with key staff. The contractor shall exercise discretion on general program and administrative matters and provides general operating policies. Education Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. Qualifications
- SECRET ClearanceThe contractor shall possess a bachelor’s degree in theology, social science or related discipline.The contractor shall be proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office tools and have experience developing and managing databases and spreadsheets. The contractor shall have excellent communications skills and the ability to establish and maintain highly developed communication and diplomatic skills to maintain cooperative interpersonal relationships with senior officials/executive and staff.
