Marketing Campaign Manager - Data Analytics

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be a key member of the Big Data, Analytics and Data Sciences Practice team. DLT continues to invest in strategic areas of growth aligned with government priorities. To help government address large-scale data management requirements, the campaign manager will work closely with the Analytics CTO/Data Scientist and supporting vendors that will focus on examining large data sets to uncover hidden patterns, unknown correlations, market trends, customer preferences and other useful business information for their customers.Develops six month marketing plan in collaboration with sales and the Data Analytics vendors. Creates and manages marketing campaigns within the plan from concept through execution, ie, strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurementResearches, negotiates and procures 3rd party services for demand generation and brand building initiatives. Manages associated supplier relationships.Maintains, tracks and forecasts annual marketing budgetDevelops and maintains marketing dashboard based on internal and external stakeholder requirementsCreate proposals, manage and invoice marketing development fundsWrite and edit copy for various marketing communicationsTrack and analyze metrics for ROI of marketing investment. Publish results to stakeholders.Other duties as assignedBachelor's degree preferred plus a minimum 3 years of progressive marketing or communications experience which includes demonstrated success in developing and managing email marketing, media buying, social media, and/or events.Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently, as well as effectively working in teamsUnderstanding of marketing strategy and content, promotion and performance metrics to support and guide the team's efforts to more effective outcomesExperience marketing to government sector, preferredExperience with marketing automation, preferredProfessional written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to coordinate many details in a proactive and organized fashionAbility to independently follow-through and meet deadlines.Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at proficient levels.
