Write and design product sales materials and corporate identity materials (for print, digital and website formats). Draft corporate identity and sales materials (print, digital and web formats). Create/edit web-based presentations, author HTML emails, create/maintain microsites, and contribute to campaign concept planning for product launches and brand promotion. S/he coordinates printing/duplication and distribution. Provide corporate logos, in appropriate file formats, for agency web and print use. Design digital ads for use in field communications and create JPEG and fillable PDF versions for agency use. Create innovative designs for branded merchandise according to vendor specs. Edit and design business area newsletters. Work with competitive intelligence staff to examine competitive marketing materials and make suggestions for new sales strategies and opportunities. Provide marketing input to compliance review of materials created in-house and materials/websites submitted for approval by general agents. 2. Develop layout and content of ads for industry publications, for approval by marketing management. Prepare digital files for print. Create graphics, online banner ads and coordinate placement. Design and provide complementary digital ads and coordinate placement. Write press releases for products, services and corporate news and coordinate distribution. Participate in development of corporate position on consumer advertising and develop materials as needed. 3. Create content and contribute to review of IT execution of consumer site and employee intranet websites to support corporate objectives and encourage usage. Manage corporate communications inbox and website posting. Edit corporate procedures manual, The Basics in PDF format on the website. Create ads to be used on the websites as hyperlinks and informational marketing pieces. Liaise between Corporate Services, Digital Media team and IT for website updates. 4. Write/edit field and internal communications on product, procedure, regulatory, incentive and news topics. Distribute to agency audiences via email and post to web. 5. Communicate with contacts within the L&G group to keep informed of brand guidelines and establish company branding standards, taking into consideration LGA's specific market needs. Support corporate branding initiatives and provide support/training for employees to protect brand guidelines and to assure consistent message and look for brand recognition. 6. Coordinate participation in home office events, industry meetings and trade exhibits. Develop booth layout and design; coordinate production with exhibit company. Create presentations and handout materials as needed. Design logo/theme for event. Purchase promotional materials to be used on site. Take photos. Attend program as needed. 7. Write, design, and update PowerPoint presentations for use by marketing management at agency industry meetings and webinars. 8. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. 9. Assist in the plan and estimation of expenses for all relevant Marketing budget cost centers. Contribute to maintenance of sales promotion and communication filing and record keeping systems and procedural documentation. 10. Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables (printed materials, presentations, website advertisements, etc). 11. Contribute to special projects as assigned by department manager or when department workload requires team effort. 12.
