While this is an individual contributor role, you'll be involved in many aspects of observation to - help automate tasks, work methods, processes, and workflows to perform tasks better.The job involves the following responsibilities:Planning, conducting, and coordinating Usability/HFE activities.Solve complex user problems.User experience design and prototyping technologies and methods.Working closely with users (analysts) to research for and document user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows, and user scenarios.Noticing a problem and figuring out the best way to solve it.Measuring how well a system is working and how to improve it.Thinking about the pros and cons of different options and picking the best one.Who We Are SeekingAt Next Century, we are committed to growing our team of high performers to accomplish our mission of saving lives and protecting our country.
